We're a four-piece 70’s glam rock tribute showband that seamlessly uses totally live performances, costumes, makeup and props to reproduce the finest glam rock classics of the 70’s from artists such as T-Rex, Slade, David Bowie and of course The Sweet.
We have performed in pubs, clubs, hotels, holiday centres, halls, theatres, marquees, open air shows and countless weddings and birthday parties all around the country.
Music is a very powerful art form (combine it with split second timing from your lighting and it's mind-blowing!) But probably the most striking thing we've learnt is that good music is good music, no matter who or where you are. This has been portrayed first-hand to us by having been booked in venues at both ends of the spectrum. We have played (and survived!) places where you just don't venture unless invited, and in contrast for instance, The Round Table Ball at the Royal Armories in Leeds. Very different propositions maybe, but damned fine tunes are truly appreciated all over.

Our sound guys know their trade and usually the sound check is completed within one or two songs.
We hear that some acts refuse to do weddings... this strikes us as a little odd. Maybe there is a lack of understanding, but in all honesty, some of our best nights have been had playing on someone's special day!
From the minute our intro starts the audience knows they're in for a treat and something a little different to the norm and as we walk out onto stage in our unique Glamgodz attire you know you've one helluva party on your hands!
